Full Time Marketing Manager - Howard County Clarksville Office

A high-volume Real Estate Team, comprised of 80+ Team Members and 5 Offices is in search of a new Full Time Marketing Manager to join their Team in Clarksville, Maryland.

 

The ideal candidate will be accountable for developing marketing plans that grow market share, sales volume, and customer loyalty.

 

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with peers in the Marketing Department as well as with the Executive Team to create integrated strategic marketing communication plans: advertising, communications, media relations, and creative services. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic integrated marketing plans with ROI measures; ensuring involvement and collaboration with Team Members. The Manager serves as the liaison between Vendors and the Executive Team.

 

Proven success in developing and implementing effective strategic marketing plans in a complex organization is essential. Ability to establish and maintain relationships, develop a cohesive team and create synergies to achieve results is critical to success. Strong professional presence, results-oriented self-starter required. This position requires a leader who is known for integrity, flexibility and energy.

 

This position effectively manages resources including staff, projects, budgets and timelines. Proven track record in project management, and optimizing team resources such in-house and freelance support. The Marketing Manager is responsible to maintain expertise in the Real Estate industry as well as marketing campaigns, staying abreast of issues, trends, competitor strategies, and introduce best practice marketing plans.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • In Depth Knowledge of Adobe CS5 Suite and higher (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • 2+ years in marketing, communications, or public relations.

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in creating and implementing strategic integrated marketing plans, with a track record of successful results in a service industry.
  • Effective and innovative marketing experience and skills and a strong aptitude for promotional campaigns, direct marketing and other tactics optimizing volume and market share.
  • Superior strategic planning, critical thinking, and writing skills.
  • Formidable vendor management experience in all types of media including direct mail, newspaper, magazine, online, television, and radio.
  • Superb oral communication, interviewing, researching and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities as both a formal and informal team leader.
  • Innovative in collaboration and problem-solving with other departments and at all management levels.
  • Ability to take initiative to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to solve problems and lead a team to achieve results.
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure, meet strict timelines and budgets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time Sales Agents – Openings in Montgomery County & Carroll County


To help you be successful, we will furnish you with the following:

 

  • Your own desk and desktop computer with access to our advanced fully networked system.
  • A Home Marketing Consultant, who is an Accredited Staging Professional™ that will suggest ways to showcase your listings’ best features.  Your Home Marketing Consultant will also coordinate the full Virtual Tour of your listings and ensure that your listings are presented attractively in all marketing materials.  Your Home Marketing Consultant will also handle the entering of all of your listings into MRIS.
  • A Marketing Specialist who is skilled in the art of graphic design and will advertise your listings online and in exciting company-paid print publications that span over 9 counties and reach over 30 million prospective buyers monthly. 
  • A Client Care Specialist, who is your partner in every transaction, working hand-in-hand with your clients to process their file, and provide them with up-to-the-minute status updates on their home.  Your Client Care Specialist also will follow up on every showing appointment for your listing and provide you and your seller with feedback. Once you have a contract, your Client Care Specialist will then manage all of the fine details regarding the settlement of your client’s home.
  • A Lead Manager who receives and distributes quality buyer and seller leads. 
  • Individual access to your own online lead tracking database to ensure that all of your customers are being followed up on.
