Maya possesses experience in all of our departments, and has opened and managed both the Frederick and Carroll County Offices. Traveling internationally has been a favorite pastime.

LAURA REESE
Marketing Manager

Laura Reese brings over 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, and communications to The Northrop Team. Laura got her start managing the aggressive marketing efforts of one of Montgomery County’s top agents in the Kentlands area. She went on to serve as the Public Relations Manager for The Holton-Arms School in Potomac, MD. And prior to joining The Northrop Team, she was a package developer at Healthy Directions, LLC, North America’s largest publisher of health newsletters where she was responsible for copywriting, creative strategy, and editorial content.  Laura joined The Northrop Team in May of 2007 and works to develop and implement marketing strategies that expand awareness and recognition of the company in Howard, Carroll, Frederick, and Montgomery County where the team has offices, as well as throughout the state of Maryland.

Laura holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Maryland.

JAY RILEY

Internet Marketing Manager

Jay has been with the team for over seven years and is a UMBC graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management. Jay also holds an Associates degree in Network Administration from Howard Community College and is an Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP^®). In his spare time, Jay enjoys his season tickets to the Baltimore Ravens and spending time with his family and friends.
