Wayne has more than 30 years of experience in senior management. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. As President and CEO of a group of Private Colleges for 28 years his responsibilities included management, contract negations and facilitity layout and design for the four college campuses. His expertise also includes acquisition and management of investment properties. Karla is a Real Estate Agent licensed in both Maryland and New Jersey. She was born and raised in the Midwest. Karla currently resides in western Howard County, is an equestrian enthusiast, Treasurer of the Howard County Horse Show Association, and an active member of the St. Louis Church community. ONA BEARES Ona Beares has been in residential real estate sales since 1983. She attained her Associate Broker’s license in 1998, hold her ABR designation and has been a manager in the Baltimore Metro area since 1986.
