Vice President

Carla brings marketing experience, fourteen years of law firm experience and three years of title experience to The Northrop Team. She is a licensed agent and provides strong management and organizational skills to the team. Interior decorating is a side-interest for Carla.

WAYNE MOORE
Director of Operations

Wayne has more than 30 years of experience in senior management. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. As President and CEO of a group of Private Colleges for 28 years his responsibilities included management, contract negations and facilitity layout and design for the four college campuses. His expertise also includes acquisition and management of investment properties. Wayne served as a member of the Governor's Workforce Investment Board for eight years and is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Howard Bank.

ONA BEARES
Office Manager, Executive Director

Ona Beares has been in residential real estate sales since 1983. She attained her Associate Broker’s license in 1998, hold her ABR designation and has been a manager in the Baltimore Metro area since 1986. She is currently the Manager of the Clarksville River Hill office of Long and Foster, the #1 office in the Baltimore PA Region. She is committed to giving the highest level of service to the public and her agents. In her free time, Ona enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her friends & family.
