Charleen brings to The Northrop Team 7 years experience in the real estate industry. Her career began in 1998 as a receptionist for O’Conor, Piper and Flynn ERA. After a few short months, Charleen was recruited by a group of agents to work as their Assistant. She then transferred to RE/MAX to work for another Realtor, where she acquired the experience necessary to become Office Manager for his real estate office.

With a background as an office manager for a title company and 20 years of customer service experience, Kim keeps the Northrop Team running. In addition to keeping the team on track and managing the settlement department, Kim has obtained her real estate license. She is the mother of two teenagers, an avid bowler and has a knack for repairing anything.

Administrative Supervisor - Carroll County With over 20 years of experience within a variety of sales environments, Aileen brings to the Northrop Team not only operational experience, but a strong work ethic, especially in providing highly valued customer service. As a Settlement Coordinator, Aileen utilizes her excellent communication, organizational and writing skills, to bring the highest caliber of customer service to clients of The Northrop Team.

With five years of real estate management experience, Maya has fine-tuned her excellent communication skills and is adept at working in a fast-paced arena to meet deadlines. Her dedication and drive have brought a fresh perspective and a proven work ethic to the team. Maya possesses experience in all of our departments, and has opened and managed both the Frederick and Carroll County Offices. Traveling internationally has been a favorite pastime.

Laura Reese brings over 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, and communications to The Northrop Team. Laura got her start managing the aggressive marketing efforts of one of Montgomery County’s top agents in the Kentlands area. She went on to serve as the Public Relations Manager for The Holton-Arms School in Potomac, MD. And prior to joining The Northrop Team, she was a package developer at Healthy Directions, LLC, North America’s largest publisher of health newsletters where she was responsible for copywriting, creative strategy, and editorial content. Laura joined The Northrop Team in May of 2007 and works to develop and implement marketing strategies that expand awareness and recognition of the company in Howard, Carroll, Frederick, and Montgomery County where the team has offices, as well as throughout the state of Maryland. Jay has been with the team for over six years and is a UMBC graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management. Jay also holds an Associates degree in Network Administration from Howard Community College and is an Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP™).
