Her career began in 1998 as a receptionist for O’Conor, Piper and Flynn ERA.  After a few short months, Charleen was recruited by a group of agents to work as their Assistant.  She then transferred to RE/MAX to work for another Realtor, where she acquired the experience necessary to become Office Manager.

With a background as an office manager for a title company and 20 years of customer service experience, Kim keeps the Northrop Team running. In addition to keeping the team on track and managing the settlement department, Kim has obtained her real estate license. She is the mother of two teenagers, an avid bowler and has a knack for repairing anything.

TERESA CHO
Client Care Specialist - Rockville

Teresa grew up in Maryland & has resided in Montgomery County almost her whole life and knows the area very well.  She has over 14 years experience in the real estate industry.  She’s been a licensed Settlement Agent and worked on the title side and she’s also managed on the lender side.  She helped manage a group of real estate agents just before moving to the Northrop Team.  Teresa majored in English and spent over five years abroad teaching at a university in Korea.  Teresa was born in Toronto, Canada.  She now resides in Montgomery County with her husband and daughter and enjoys cooking, watching movies, photography, entertaining and staying busy.

Heather was born in Baltimore City and moved to Westminster in 1994.  She has an Associates Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and brings her years of customer service experience to The Northrop Team.  In addition to spending time with her young son, Heather enjoys playing sports, traveling, and going out with friends.
