After hitting her ten year mark with The Creig Northrop Team in 2011, Kim has the "pusherverance" that is required to maintain her position as a Client Care Coordinator and the Howard County Office Admin Manager. With the other Howard County Client Care Coordinators, she keeps the Clarksville office well-oiled and finely tuned. Customer Service is the way to win, she says! Whether you are a client, agent or co-worker, Kim treats everyone to a smile and a kind word. She is the mother of two grown children and grandmother to one grandson, who is joy of her heart.
