As a licensed Maryland attorney, Wendy spent more than 22 years in the area of Estate Planning prior to moving more specifically into Real Estate title and research and holds. This specialty exposed her to the Real Estate Sales in 2003 where she has happily been helping buyers and sellers ever since. In addition to actively and professionally helping buyers and sellers, her legal background has proven to be invaluable with Short Sales and Foreclosures and, with this experience, has contributed many pro bono hours to Howard County families facing this situation. She lives in Columbia with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
