A 20 year resident of Howard County, Marilyn has developed a keen knowledge of Howard County, Baltimore, Ann Arundel, Carroll and the Montgomery County Real Estate Market. Marilyn's strengths include a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceeding her client's expectations. Marilyn also brings to The Creig Northrop Team management, project management and strong sales experience from her previous Telecommunications Career in Washington DC, New Jersey, and Arlington VA. Marilyn has received multiple sales and customer service awards in her career, but what makes her the happiest is a delighted customer at a settlement. In her spare time she serves on the Board of Directors for the Howard County Association of Realtor (HCAR) and she performs with Live Arts Maryland, the Annapolis Chorale also serving as an officer on their Board of Directors.
