A licensed Realtor® for 20+ years and having relocated several times herself, Karla understands the unique needs of relocating families which go beyond finding a house to finding a "lifestyle" that will fit the needs of the family on a variety of levels.  She is knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her clients whether first-time buyers, families or seniors who are buying or selling both new construction and resale homes, effectively negotiate the details of the process from start to finish.  She lives in Western Howard County and services Howard County as well as the surrounding areas of Carroll, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Prince Georges and Baltimore Counties.

Karla also focuses on the expansion of The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster Real Estate's services by partnering with local corporations and military and government agencies who want to extend professional real estate services as an additional no cost benefit to their employees, whether they are interested in moving across the street, across town, or from other parts of the country.

Prior to joining The Creig Northrop Team, Karla worked as a National Account Manager, selling computer systems and data network solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies.   She is an active educator and speaker on local real estate tips and trends, a member of St. Louis Church, Vice President of the Howard County Million Dollar Club (2011) and holds the real estate designations ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
