Eric Black's hard work ethic and determination has enabled him to become a top real estate agent since 2003 and he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their homes. He firmly believes that buying and selling a home should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience so he will work with you every step of the way to make sure it is a smooth transition for you. Eric earned his Associate Broker designation in 2007 and has a B.B.A in marketing from James Madison University. In his two years with the Creig Northrop Team, Eric has been the top producing agent in his office and in 2010, he sold the highest number of homes in the team! When he's not busy selling real estate, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending quality time with his wife Lily, and sons Noah and Dylan. They currently reside in Baltimore County.
