Cindy handles all of the Lot & Land sales in residential, commercial and farms within The Northrop Team. Her expertise far surpasses her competition. Cindy possesses extensive experience and knowledge of zoning/land use and subdivision regulations, land planning design, septic requirements, and well drilling in both commercial and residential developments. Her experience includes:

• 8 years as a Land/Use Planner in the public sector of the Department of Planning & Zoning for residential and commercial project review.
  
  
• 10 years as a Site Engineer & Land Acquisition Manager, she purchased raw land, developed residential and commercial projects in Howard and the surrounding counties.
  
  
• 5 years in New Homes serving various custom home builders in their lot purchases, home designs and material selection to selling their finished product.

Today, Cindy continues to develop and consult on various types/sizes of land development projects in the Maryland areas using her land planning skills. She maintains excellent relationships with all County personnel, contractors and other developers/builders within multiple counties. She also supplies her client base of builders, developers, investors, special use buyers with land/farms in all counties and including some water front areas of the Eastern Shore. She is able to assist her clients in their decision making, marketing analysis, lot yield and subdivision/zoning processing, and requirements.

Cindy currently resides in Howard County with her two wonderful daughters. She enjoys many activities but her favorites include playing golf and spending time with family and friends at the beach.
